2.14. Error "Data is invalid" & "Cannot open requested item"

Issue:

Kurzweil 3000 Web License client users receive "Data is invalid" when attempting to launch Kurzweil 3000. They then receive an error stating "Cannot open the requested item" when attempting to open all .kes files.

Solution:

The user profile is corrupt and needs to be deleted/replaced. Please delete the User profile folder located at

C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Roaming\KESI\Kurzweil 3000\
\*USERNAME*\ is the Windows User in question

Now log into the Kurzweil 3000 Web License client. This will download a fresh copy of the User profile to be stored locally without the previous errors
