Offline Mode FAQ:

Question:

Is there a time limit when using offline mode?

Answer:

Yes, the current maximum allowed offline mode is 432 hours. The initial default is 96 hours, you can increase this limit by logging into firefly as the coordinator and navigating to your subscription options.

Question:

How does the time limit work when using offline mode?

Answer:

When you login to Kurzweil 3000 v15 Web License client with an active internet connection, this starts the offline clock – this means that the offline time available starts from the last successful Kurzweil 3000 Web License "online" log in. When you do successfully access the product offline, you may login as many times as needed until the offline maximum timer is reached.  Once that time is reached, you will no longer be able to use offline mode and must successfully log into Kurzweil 3000 Web License using an active internet connection in order to renew the offline mode timer.
